Job summary

Accelera is seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a high-speed distribution facility in Katy/Brookshire, TX. Candidat es will maintain sortation, conveyor systems, sensors, motors, and VFDs, troubleshoot PLCs, and work with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley/Siemens controls.

This full-time, third-shift role offers a climate-controlled environment, uniforms and tools provided, potential for longer-term career growth, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
• Proficient in maintaining sortation and conveyor machinery.
• Able to diagnose and repair industrial controls, relays, sensors, motors, and VFDs.
• Familiar with Rockwell, Siemens, or Allen Bradley controlled systems to ensure peak performance.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Capable of welding and using cutting torches as needed.
• Operate power and hand tools safely to complete tasks.
• Review work orders to diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs to keep the facility running.
• Use CMMS software to track maintenance activities and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Bring at least two years of professional industrial maintenance experience within a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the upkeep of sortation and conveyor machinery.
• Utilize your skills to diagnose and resolve issues with industrial controls, relays, sensors, motors, and VFDs.
• Apply your knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, or Allen Bradley controlled systems to ensure peak operational performance.
• Maintain a functional understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform welding tasks and utilize cutting torches as needed.
• Safely and effectively operate various power and hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Review work orders to independently diagnose equipment failures and execute necessary repairs to keep the facility running smoothly.
• Utilize CMMS software to track maintenance activities and improve overall equipment reliability.
