Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Four+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of trade school and experience.
• Three+ years of auto-supplier, steel stamping maintenance experience.
• Solid written, verbal and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, robotic welders, and other industrial automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and wiring.
• Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize ERP software to track maintenance activities and inventory.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment using electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production control, tool room and quality control to optimize production.
