Professions-Inc is partnering with an award-winning automotive manufacturer near Huntsville, Alabama, to add an Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift. You'll keep complex machinery running in a climate-controlled facility and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2.5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with industrial equipment and automated production systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and industrial controls.
• Ability to diagnose problems independently and work effectively with a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of an industrial maintenance position.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify equipment problems and implement long-term solutions.
• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and improvements.
• Work closely with production and maintenance team members to maintain efficient operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
