Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to advance in advanced manufacturing technology. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and electrical control installations.

The second shift is 3:30pm-12:00am, Mon-Fri, with possible overtime and a Drug-Free Workplace policy. Responsibilities include repairing machinery, operating lifts and cranes, following lockout/tagout, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance certificate program from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, distributed control systems, and logic controllers.
• Must be able to clearly communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Operate platform lifts, including fork-lifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Follow lock out tag out protocol and safety procedures.
• Assist other maintenance staff with maintenance and repairs and respond to work orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and communicate hazards to management.
