Job summary

Industrial-Pallet-Corporation (IPC) in Mitchell, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support uptime and safety standards, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, teamwork, and a willingness to work the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools.
• Willing to work assigned shifts and support operational need.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and plant leadership.
