Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corporation (IPC) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production and facilities running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Two open positions exist: 1st shift and a second role to float across shifts, including weekend considerations. IPC offers a full benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Familiarity with safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts as needed; test and adjust.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
