Job summary

World Class Corporation is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at its state-of-the-art recycling facility. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage a team, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment such as optical sorters, conveyors, and balers.

The ideal candidate has strong hydraulic industrial experience, hands-on maintenance skills, and prior leadership experience. This role offers a competitive $100K+ salary, bonus eligibility, and full benefits in a 10:00

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on recycling equipment (e.g., optical sorters, conveyors, balers).
• Lead and train maintenance technicians.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate with other departments for equipment upgrades and cost reductions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company standards for maintenance activities.
