Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Recycling Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment, ensuring maximum production while aligning with company policies.

You will lead 6–10 maintenance staff across a multi-shift operation, enforce PPE and LOTO procedures, and drive PM schedules, inventory control, and data entry in the maintenance system.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Welding, Electrical, or Maintenance.
• Experience management and OSHA safety practices including LOTO and permits.
• Experience with PLC systems and motor control panels.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Industrial Maintenance Operations in a safe manner in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Ensure PPE use and LOTO procedures are followed consistently.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance technicians.
• Maintain daily productivity, PM schedules, and inventory records.
