Job summary

FutureJobHub LLC in Avon, MA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Friday) to lead maintenance operations at an advanced industrial recycling facility.

The role requires strong hydraulics experience, hands-on industrial maintenance, and proven leadership, with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Industrial/plant maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Maintenance Technicians
• Manage preventive maintenance programs
• Minimize equipment downtime through repairs and inspections
• Maintain plant equipment and facilities in safe, efficient operating condition
• Manage spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Coordinate repairs, equipment improvements, and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to lead maintenance operations at a state-of-the-art industrial recycling facility.

Key Requirements

• Strong industrial hydraulic experience – required
• Hands-on industrial/plant maintenance experience
• Previous maintenance leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment

Equipment Experience

Experience with equipment such as optical sorters, eddy currents, glass breakers, balers, fiber screens, conveyors, and related industrial machinery is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train Maintenance Technicians
• Manage preventive maintenance programs
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective repairs and inspections
• Maintain plant equipment and facilities in safe, efficient operating condition
• Manage spare parts and maintenance supplies
