Kelly is seeking an experienced Test Technician to join our manufacturing team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This direct hire role involves performing FAT on large power transformers and related equipment, with training on first shift before moving to 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electrical engineering technology or related field.
• 2 years of experience performing transformer testing or FAT.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification is considered.
• 2- or 4-year degree plus 2 years of relevant electrical testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing on large power transformers and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot wiring and control systems; document results and support corrective actions.
• Set up and tear down transformers and test equipment for testing activities.
• Follow NFPA 70E, LOTO, and fall protection procedures.
