3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidates must be flexible, as occasional Saturdays, overtime, and schedule adjustments may be required to meet business needs.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a vital role in transforming organic waste into high-quality compost, mulch, and soil products that support healthier communities and a cleaner environment.
You will safely operate heavy equipment used to move, process, blend, screen, and transport organic materials while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in operating equipment efficiently and contributing to a productive team environment.
To be considered for employment, candidates must successfully complete a computer-based pre-employment assessment.
