Qualifications

• Experience operating grinding equipment is helpful in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; good manual dexterity and measurement ability.
• Good work habits, attendance, and flexibility for machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines to meet specifications for quality and throughput.
• Implement continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform ERP system transactions.
• Perform required daily equipment maintenance.
• Follow procedures to achieve parts per print and quality specs.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and inconsistencies.
• Record measurements and conduct inspections per plans.
• Perform secondary operations and assist others as needed.
• Machine materials beyond metal, including composites, plastics and rubber.
