Job SummaryOperate computer numerical control (CNC) machines, including CNC infeed/thrufeed centerless grinding machines, CNC surface grinding machines, CNC wire grinding machines and maintain awareness of close tolerance parts, including pointed parts using various types of measuring equipment including vision systems. Following standard operating procedures and instructions. Operate secondary equipment and perform any other functions within the department that may be necessary.
Role and ResponsibilitiesH.S. Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a vocational school in manufacturing/machining or engineering discipline is a plus. 1 to 3 years’ experience in a small device manufacturing environment as a CNC Grinding Operator is preferred.
