Tegra Medical in Franklin, MA is seeking a First Shift Machine Operator I to operate production equipment and assemble customer products in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. You will read blueprints, perform inspections, and maintain records while supporting continuous improvement and ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years' industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings is desirable.
• Good mechanical and math aptitude; understands work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including CNC and manual machines.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections and document results.
• Maintain records of production and inspections and report issues.
• Execute ERP transactions and support cross-functional teams.
• Strive to maximize efficiency and quality; adapt to changing priorities.
