Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings is desirable.
• Good mechanical and math aptitude; understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assemble customer products.
• Follow blueprints, guidelines, and travelers to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain records of production and report inconsistencies or equipment issues.
• Run both manual and CNC controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and ERP system transactions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform cross-functional tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
