Qualifications

• Experience operating grinding equipment.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, aerospace, machinery, metals is desired.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and meet deadlines.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use measurement and inspection tools.
• Good work habits and attendance; flexible to perform various machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines to meet specifications for quality and throughput.
• Implement continuous improvement; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform ERP system transactions.
• Conduct daily maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Follow procedures and operation sequences to achieve parts per print.
• Monitor machines to detect malfunctions and ensure proper lubrication and cooling.
