Tegra Medical Holdings LLC is seeking a 3rd shift EDM Operator-I in Franklin, MA, to operate Electrical Discharge Machines to tight tolerances. This full-time role offers hands-on machining, blueprint interpretation, and ongoing growth within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

The position features a competitive hourly wage with a 3rd shift differential; incumbents must be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of following precise procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication; able to follow instructions.
• Must meet deadlines with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate EDM machines to blueprint specs and follow standard charts.
• Read job orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and parts.
• Measure parts using micrometer, caliper, and gauges; verify fixturing.
• Perform in-process inspections and assist with nonconforming material investigations.
• Execute ERP-system transactions as part of daily tasks.
