Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a foundry production team to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and process improvements are implemented across the shift.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality to optimize pour plans, heat treatment, and shell molding activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, staffing levels, and training needs; enforce union contract provisions as needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized workplace; support continuous improvement initiatives.
