Responsibilities include mold setup, routine machine maintenance, and inspection to prevent downtime. Must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and comply with all safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hand tools, drills, grinders and torches.
Ability to perform maintenance on industrial equipment.
Must be punctual, dependable; able to read instructions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Set up molds and related equipment for production, replacing worn pins and testing ejection function.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery: bearings, bushings, hydraulic lines, fasteners.
Replace worn or damaged components as needed.
Use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect equipment to prevent downtime and follow safety guidelines.
Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
