USA Talent Solutions seeks a reliable Industrial Mechanic for 3rd shift to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot foundry tooling, including 2-piece core/cavity molds and ejection pins. Training will be provided on foundry equipment.

The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, experience with hand tools, and a focus on safety. Starting wage is $23.25/hour, with potential for advancement based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hand tools, drills, grinders and torches.
• Ability to perform maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and related equipment for production, replacing worn ejection pins, drilling out clogged vents, and testing ejection function.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including bearings, bushings, hydraulic lines and fasteners.
• Replace worn or damaged components as needed and maintain equipment.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively (drills, grinders, torches).
• Follow plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines.
