Job summary

Schwan's Company in Deer Park, TX, is hiring for a full-time production team member on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–8:30 AM). Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for night hours.

Tasks include equipment setup, running lines, monitoring speeds and product appearance, and performing quality checks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible working overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, etc., utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety operation, training, as appropriate).
