Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously; good measurement and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over to meet production requirements including valves and pumps.
• Weigh, blend, rework, and meter ingredients per formulas.
• Monitor cooking processes, temperature, and timing.
• Operate pumps and homogenizer; manage holding tanks and temperatures.
• Maintain written documentation and production records.
• Take samples for Quality Control and lab testing as needed.
• Clean and sanitize vessels and equipment; follow GMP and safety rules.
• Follow SOPs and food safety guidelines.
