Responsibilities

• Cover sanitation tasks in the Sanitation Department to clean and prep equipment.
• Use a pressure hose to spray down equipment such as conveyors, grinders and tables.
• Scour parts with a green pad and sanitize areas as directed by supervisor.
• Remove waste to compactor and handle recyclables.
• Assist in training new sanitation staff and in safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and USDA requirements.
• Perform other work as assigned.
