Job summary

Tyson Foods, Zeeland, Michigan, is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee daily cleaning of production equipment and facilities to meet stringent food safety and quality standards. You will enforce sanitation procedures, train staff, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to maintain optimal sanitation and production efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in food sanitation, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred.
• HACCP certification preferred.
• 2+ years in food industry sanitation.
• Experience supervising teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and document cleaning procedures and logs (SSOPs).
• Train and supervise sanitation staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and GMPs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA on sanitation issues.
