Rise Baking Company is seeking a Production Line Operator I for the 3rd shift in California. The role focuses on executing the packing area production schedule to meet customer orders, ensuring accurate packaging and adherence to food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule in the packing area to meet customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate packaging of product to maintain processing standards.
• Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities.
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings.
• Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the packing area.
• Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the EH&S system through adherence to policies.
• Participate in mandatory training program requirements.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
