Rise Baking Company is seeking a Packing Operator I for the 2nd shift in Colton, CA. This full-time role supports the packing area and ensures orders are packaged accurately to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include following the daily production schedule, adhering to allergen controls, and participating in safety, training, and continuous improvement efforts to resolve issues and maintain product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.

• Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the environmental health and safety system through adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the safety program.
• Participate in mandatory training program requirements.
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

Execute production schedules at rated throughput in the packing area to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.

The hourly range for this role is $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
