PPL Electric Utilities is seeking a Supervisor to oversee transmission and distribution line crews across the Harrisburg, Lancaster and Lehigh regions. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations with after-hours storm response as needed.
The successful candidate will manage schedules, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with field designers to deliver reliable service. A Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Responsible for overseeing highly skilled transmission and distribution work on electrical facilities in a safe, productive manner with attention to quality by supervising line crews assigned to work on all overhead and underground transmission and distribution line facilities. Provides timely, cost-effective, and reliable service to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervisory responsibility in our Harrisburg, Lancaster and Lehigh regions; home location can be within any of those three regions. This is a 3rd shift position with the following schedule: 2100-0700, 8 days on, 6 days off.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of electrical or mechanical operations and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience on a year-for-year basis.
Demonstrated expertise/knowledge of energized and deenergized facilities; switching and tagging procedures; knowledge of training, clearances, and working space requirements.
Valid in-state driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
