The role requires strong fabrication expertise and ability to inspect and troubleshoot production issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.
• Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication proces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs (SQDC).
• Manage welding, finishing, and fabrication operations to meet timelines and quality.
• Guide team through training and equipment usage to complete work.
• Provide day-to-day leadership support and coordinate resources.
• Review goals, track daily metrics, and communicate results to leadership.
• Support budget oversight and compliance with company policies.
