Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes; ability to lead and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Management: uphold a professional work environment and mentor the team.
• Department Leadership: provide daily leadership, coordinate resources, and meet KPIs.
• Fabrication Operations: guide welding, finishing, and fabrication workflows and training.
• Quality Management: inspect welded parts, enforce quality controls, and drive improvements.
• Health & Safety Compliance: promote safety and ensure compliant practices.
• Reporting: create production/status reports and escalate issues to leadership.
• Budget Support & Compliance: assist in managing department budget and adhere to policies.
