Aptiv Interconnect in Dayville, CT is seeking an Extruder Operator for the 3rd shift (12:00 am – 8:00 am). You will set up, operate, and maintain extruding machines to produce jacket-insulated cable to tight tolerances.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn multiple machines and contribute to process improvements. Compensation ranges from $23.18 to $28.17 per hour, with full benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.

Mansioni

• Operate extruder at required speeds.
• Set up extruder and center cable to insulation within tolerances.
• Complete required tests on cable and perform departmental tasks.
