Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Cable Operator for the 3rd shift (12:00 am – 8:00 am) in Dayville, CT. You will run multiple cable lines, perform required cable testing, and uphold safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Flexibility to support other lines and shop floor tasks is expected.

The role requires proficiency with micrometers, the ability to consistently meet specifications, and good time management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma preferred; manufacturing experience required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate cable machinery at required speeds and manage machine setup.
• Ensure output meets tolerances and perform in-process testing.
