Job summary

York Container is seeking a motivated EVOL OPERATOR to join our production team in a fast-paced corrugated packaging facility. You will lead an assigned work center, operate and set up equipment, and monitor quality, safety, and efficiency to meet job standards and York Container policies.

Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, performing quality checks, maintaining tooling and organization, and leading a small team as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read CAD/order sheets and follow specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math and measurement abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow detailed work instructions and production orders.
• Conduct quality checks at setup and during runs.
• Maintain equipment and organize the work area.
• Lead and motivate assigned team members.
• Utilize hand tools and small power tools as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and York Container rules.
