Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Energetics Operator II for the 3rd shift in Penrose/Pueblo, CO. You will independently operate production lines, perform in-process inspections, and assist with changeovers while mentoring junior staff.

You must be able to work the 3rd shift (8:30 PM–7:00 AM MDT) and follow strict safety and quality controls in a high-hazard environment. Bring strong mechanical aptitude and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to work 3rd shift hours (8:30 PM - 7:00 AM MDT).
• Working knowledge of hazardous material handling and explosive safety principles.
• Ability to follow complex instructions, batch sheets and production travelers.
• Attention to quality control documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more production lines or machines per standard work.
• Perform in-process inspections and document quality results.
• Assist with setups and changeovers including tooling and adjustments.
• Train and mentor Operator I employees on safe operation.
• Maintain production, quality, and downtime logs in ERP/MES.
• Follow safety, 5S and housekeeping standards; contribute to improvements.
