Job summary

Design Ready Controls in Minnesota is seeking an Electrical Tester to join our production team. You will perform electrical functionality tests on control panels, program control boards and VFD drives, and support quality documentation.

We value 2+ years of electrical testing experience, 5S/ISO environment familiarity, and strong math, computer and communication skills. Competitive hourly pay with a $1.50 shift differential and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Proficient in math, computer skills (Microsoft Office) and communication.
• Motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical functionality testing on control panels per documentation.
• Program control boards and VFD drives; load PLC programs.
• Rework or repair faulty components or circuits.
• Perform low and high voltage wiring as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Document quality control results and track issues.
