Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, MN is seeking an Electrician for 3rd shift to provide electrical and mechanical support for manufacturing machinery.

The role includes maintaining, repairing, testing electrical components, and assisting with new equipment installations and plant-wide improvements. You will work with Maintenance Technicians and engineers, develop electrical documentation, and adhere to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent vocational degree with relevant experience.
• License such as Journeyman a plus.
• Experience with PLCs, network I/O, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and test electrical and mechanical components of manufacturing equipment.
• Support technicians in calibration of mechanical systems and controls.
• Collaborate on installation, layout revisions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in PLCs and network I/O devices.
• Develop electrical documentation and wiring diagrams.
• Follow safety rules and complete required training.
