Qualifications

• Linux proficiency: logs, automation scripts, diagnostic runs.

Responsibilities

• Work issues through a JIRA ticket system.
• Debug platforms/systems and ensure high-priority items are addressed.
• Communicate current state clearly in tickets.
• Take direction from leads based on business priority.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, ODMs, OEMs on issues.
• Drive continuous improvement within the organization.
