Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a CNC Machining Technician for the Cedarburg, WI area. This direct-hire role offers a 3rd shift and up to $41.00/hr, with a target annual compensation around the stated range, and full benefits.

You will lead CNC setup, load programs, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot quality issues in a high-volume production environment, focusing on aluminum die cast components.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tenure at each prior employer.
• Hands-on CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED; vocational machining credentials preferred; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to finish high-precision aluminum die cast components.
• Load G-code programs and adjust tool offsets for tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot surface finish defects and dimensional variations.
• Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM reports.
• Maintain tool life and perform preventative maintenance.
