Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. in Illinois seeks a Machine Operator to set up and operate Fin Tube mills, inspect finished work, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will read drawings, perform material measurements, document quality data, and support a clean, organized production area. This role offers a base pay of $21 per hour with a $2 shift differential on the 3rd shift, plus growth opportunities. CNC machining experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good written communication and safety awareness.
• Ability to read drawings and perform measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Fin Tube machines to meet tolerances and drawings.
• Inspect in-process material and report nonconforming items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure PPE use.
• Record quality data and material usage in production systems.
