Savencia Cheese USA seeks a 3rd Shift Production Operator in Lena, IL for full-time work on cheese production lines, including brie, goat, and feta processes. Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Cheesemaker license is required for level 3.
• 1 year or more of Forklift Experience & Certification for Material Handler.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: Cleaning and sanitation of equipment prior to and following production.
• Level 1: Loading/unloading via pallet jacks and conveyors.
• Level 1: Change tooling as forms/sizes require.
• Follow GMP and safety policies while performing duties.
• Move loads with pallet jacks and cheese carts.
