Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in a food industry setting is preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (calculate averages) required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet efficiency budgets while maintaining a high quality product.
• Load trays/molds and stage bascular with cookie sheets.
• Operate and monitor cheese production equipment (stacker, unmolder, rack washer).
• Weigh cheese and complete paperwork accurately.
