Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain area, equipment and personal sanitation.
• Set up film, zipper, labels, cheese and operate machinery as required.
• Inspect conveyor belt and machine E stops before production starts.
• Load cheese and perform basic maintenance per preventive schedule.
• Ensure cheese quality and adherence to weight specifications by SPC.
