Job summary

RR Donnelley is hiring for a 3rd shift lithographer/bindery specialist in Wisconsin. The role runs a 10-hour shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with hourly wages between $21.00 and $26.26 plus a $2 shift differential for 3rd shift.

You will operate and adjust bindery equipment to produce books, catalogs and manuals. The job requires ability to read work orders, set up and coordinate multiple machines, ensure safety, monitor quality, and lead a crew through all production

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders or job specs with bindery requirements.
• Independently decide on equipment type based on job needs.
• Know set up, operation, and safety controls of bindery machines.
• Familiar with folding, collating, cutting and finishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate various binding machines and finishing equipment.
• Inspect equipment for safety and maintain tooling alignment.
• Direct crew through production steps and monitor productivity.
• Ensure quality and output meet specifications across processes.
