Job summary

RRD Company in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 3rd shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Mon-Thu with every other Friday overtime). The role focuses on setting up and operating bindery equipment, inspecting safety, and ensuring quality across books, catalogs and magazines.

The position offers hourly pay between $22.00 and $32.78 plus a $2 shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with bindery equipment and processes for folding, collating and cutting printed materials.
• Ability to adjust and maintain bindery machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ability to read instructions and coordinate multiple work stations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Operate automatic bindery equipment (perfect binders) as needed.
• Coordinate machine stations and make adjustments for production flow.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity to meet standards.
