Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a motivated team member to join the Green Bay bindery crew on the third shift. You will load/unload materials, move items with dollies, label and bundle stock, and build pallets for shipping in a climate-controlled environment.

Eligible for a $3 per hour shift premium; company offers benefits and several incentives. Prior warehouse or bindery experience is helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Good organizational skills for stocking and workflow.
• Basic skill in shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, pallet jacks and related tools.
• Ability to operate inserter on a press as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage to work areas using hand truck or dolly.
• Attach tags or labels and record container information.
• Bundle materials and prepare pallets, including paperwork.
• Assist with off-line tasks and cleaning as required.

Job Description

The Green Bay, Wisconsin RRD team is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join the bindery crew.

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher. May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area. Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork, cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors)

This is a third shift position, eligible for a $3 per hour shift premium and in n a climate-controlled environment.

• Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment
• The ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $15.00 to $17.34 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
