Job summary

RRD in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated team member to join the bindery crew on 2nd shift. You will load/unload materials, move items with dollies and pallet jacks, attach labels, and build bundles for shipping. The role offers a climate-controlled environment and a $2 per hour shift premium.

Eligibility for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package is noted. This position requires standing for long periods and basic handling skills with wrapping and banding equipment.

Qualifications

• Stand for up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners.
• Ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles using a banding machine and clincher.
• Build pallets and apply all necessary paperwork to the pallet and move pallet to a shipping staging area.

Job Description

The Green Bay, Wisconsin RRD team is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join the bindery crew.

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher. May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area. Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork, cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors)

This is a 2nd shift position, eligible for an additional $2hr shift premium and in a climate-controlled environment.

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $15.00 to $17.34 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
