Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure solvents, resins, pigments and additives per batch ticket
• Tend mixing/grinding equipment and control time, heat, speed
• Take product samples for QC and compare to standards
• Record batch data and update the batch card
• Coordinate with QC lab and main chemist on out-of-spec results
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Request raw materials as needed
