Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 2nd shift Fill Off Attendants to operate filling lines, bond and ground containers, label finished goods and transfer them to the warehouse. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires and includes a $2 shift differential for the 2nd shift.

Ideal candidates will have basic reading, math and machine operation skills, plus the ability to follow batch tickets and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and comprehension skills.

• Basic machine operation capabilities.
• Ability to determine correctness of filling procedures in relation to guidelines learned during training.

Responsibilities

• Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions.
• Pre-mix material in vat before filling.
• Bond and ground containers before filling.
• Apply labeling and note batch ticket details accurately.
• Move finished goods to warehouse; maintain neat work area.
