RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking two 2nd shift Batch Makers. The role involves mixing solvents and dry resins to produce lacquers, sealers, and thinners for the furniture industry, plus tinting to QA color standards.

You will bring products to the QA Lab for QC checks and adjust as needed. Shift options include day/night with a 2nd shift differential; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1 year of mixing/batch making experience preferred.
• Ability to follow formula sheets precisely.

Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh solvents and resins per formula sheet.
• Tint colors to match QA Lab standards.
• Take products to QA Lab for QC checks and adjust if needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
