The RPM Wood Finishes Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 2nd Shift Batch Makers to mix chemicals, dry resins and nitrocellulose for lacquers, sealers, and thinners used in the furniture industry. You will tint colors to match QA standards and perform QC and adjustments as needed.

This full-time role offers shift options with a $2 shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and be able to commute to Hudson, NC.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of mixing/batch making preferred.

Mansioni

• Measure and weigh specified quantities of solvent and dry resins into the blending tank according to the formula sheet.
• Tint colors to match standards provided by QA Lab.
• Take products to QA Lab for QC checks and make final adjustments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
