Job summary

Saica Pack, US is currently hiring for a 3rd Shift Baler Operator for our new Anderson, Indiana facility. You will handle shredding, baling, and loading trucks while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include operating the forklift, recording wastage and production data in the system, performing routine preventive maintenance, and training teammates. Competitive salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience and ability to operate in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong focus on health and safety and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures.
• Self-management and initiative; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shredder, baler, loading trucks according to quality and safety procedures.
• To comply with Quality, Safety, Environment and Food Control policies.
• Keep work area clean and tidy.
• Operate forklift to load balers and trucks, and document in system.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Train teammates on assigned tasks per Management direction.
